IN THE KITCHEN: Wipe counter-tops & cabinet exteriors, wipe down appliances exteriors, clean inside microwave. IN THE BEDROOM: Make the bed. IN THE BATHROOM: Scrub & sanitize toilet, sink and shower, clean mirrors and glass, hang or towels neatly.
3How much will it cost?
We price based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in the home. Select the number and the price is shown instantly on our website.
4Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?
D&F Midsouth Cleaning will bring all the necessary cleaning supplies. D&F Midsouth Cleaning will provide vacuum/broom, mop/Swiffer, and the toilet bowl brush...Etc
5Can I request special tasks or extras?
Yes, you can respond to your confirmation email or log into your account and add any comments you would like to be applied to your service..

PRICING & POLICIES

1Can I apply a coupon to an existing appointment?
You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointment that are already completed.
2How can I view my D&F Midsouth Cleaning Gift Cards?
Log into your account and you will see any outstanding giftcards and respective balances..
3Why is the discount not working?
Some discounts are for first time customers only and some are for recurring customers only. In addition, some discounts are only one-time, and will not work for future service. There might be a couple reasons why a specific discount code no longer works. Please get in touch if you have any questions..
4What is the two hour window of arrival?
Please note that if your time is a range that this is our arrival window to deal with the unpredictability of traffic, parking, and other surprises. Please note that we do allow a one hour window for our 8:00 AM time slot..
5Reschedule or Cancel
I would like to reschedule If it is at least 24 hours before service, please login to you account and select a new date. Alternatively, you can contact us here and let us know. I would like to cancel Please login to you account to cancel your booking. Please note that there is a $50 cancellation fee if cancellation is made after 5pm on the previous day of service. 1How can I get a quote for the cleaning of my office / commercial location?
We make it as easy as possible. Please fill out the quote commercial form on our website . Once we receive your request we will contact you within 24 hours to schedule a meeting to discuss a free estimate and the services we will provide. 2Do you require any contracts for reoccurring commercial cleaning services?
Yes. Our reoccurring commercial cleaning services require a minimum of 6 months commitment. We allow our commercial clients to try our services without any commitment for 30 days. After evaluating our services and would like to continue working with us after the 30 days trial period, only then does the 6 month commitment come into play.

Our booking page is protected by extended validation ssl. Secondly credit card transactions are processed by stripe and is layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card).

5What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?
If you’re not content with your cleaning, we will come out and re-clean (within a 7 day window). If you still don’t think we did a good enough job, we’ll refund your money..
